1. Platform Nature (Zero Brokerage Guarantee)

ChennaiHomes.rent is an open community rental intelligence platform, NOT a real estate brokerage firm. We do not act as an agent, broker, or property manager. We charge ₹0 brokerage fees to both tenants and property owners.

2. Strict Anti-Broker Policy

Real estate brokers, commercial agents, and middlemen are strictly prohibited from posting listings or using automated software/scripts to scrape owner phone numbers from this site. Any accounts or listings identified as brokers will be immediately removed and blacklisted.

3. User Responsibility & Due Diligence

All rental prices and property descriptions are submitted by individual community members and owners. While we employ rate limits and phone verification, tenants and landlords are strongly advised to inspect properties in person and verify legal ownership documentation prior to paying any monetary tokens or advance deposits.

4. Dispute Resolution

Any rental agreements, deposit refunds, or maintenance disputes are strictly between the tenant and landlord. ChennaiHomes.rent assumes no liability for disputes arising from private lease agreements.
